At Wall Folk Studio, all products are made especially for you. As a print-on-demand brand, we follow a limited return, refund, and replacement policy as outlined below.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All Wall Folk Studio products are made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, design, or variant selected by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations
  • Personal preference after delivery

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product received

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To raise a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.

The unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded from the moment the package is sealed
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Images alone will not be accepted.

4. Claim Submission Timeline

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests received after this period may not be considered

Please ensure all required proof is shared at the time of raising the request.

5. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement may be issued, or
  • A refund may be processed, at our discretion

Replacements are subject to product availability.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days from the date the refund request is initiated, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.

7. Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on Wall Folk Studio are final.

We do not accept cancellation requests once an order is placed, as products move into production shortly after order confirmation.

Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds
  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist in coordinating with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective with valid proof:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
